We are looking for individuals interested in designing, executing and evaluating education-technology projects to enable and facilitate learning inside and outside TCF classrooms.
The incumbent will work closely with academic and training units, schools and technology partners to ensure implementation, improve efficacy and collect evidence of project impact.
Design & Implementation
Assess education department and school requirements for digital interventions and develop/enhance/procure required solutions
Ensure implementation through regular school visits and project tracking
Training & Troubleshooting
Provide training/guidance to ensure smooth deployment.
Ensure feedback from field is relayed to project stakeholders in a timely manner
Reporting & Evaluation
Provide input on and ensure data collection for project evaluation
Prepare project update and analysis reports for senior management and project partners.

Strong communication skills and verbal + written fluency in English and Urdu
IT and analytical skills
Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or Computer Science/Technology
Minimum 1 year, preferably in Education or related field
