    The Assistant Manager Virtual College is an integrative, multidimensional role. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Manager Virtual College in designing and executing the Virtual College pilot in Year – I and pan-Pakistan expansion plans beyond 2021.

    • Assist with Ed-Tech design of Virtual College to enable TCF alumni from anywhere in Pakistan to study online and pursue their goals of higher secondary and tertiary education
    • Assist with processes, resources and documentation of academics and operations of the virtual college
    • Assist with research, quality assurance and ongoing improvement of the program through feedback, surveys, interviews etc. to enable finalization of the pilot and create plans for expansion beyond 2021
    • Be the lynchpin for communication with faculty, management and students to drive objectives forward
    • Assist with management of technology, data, information, reports, education content, and dissemination
    • Responsible for communication with students – for research, feedback, guidance and/or problem resolution
    • Help extend the TCF College ethos and culture by integrating messaging and deliverables for dissemination with technology
    • Provide academic, career and socio-emotional counseling to students
    • Maintain active channels of communication with various stakeholders at TCF College and the TCF Head Office

    Required Skills

    • Hands on experience of research, report and data analysis
    • Demonstrated passion for and inclination towards education, ed-tech, technology and related possibilities.
    • Hands on experience of Zoom, Moodle, Google Classrooms etc. preferred
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, administrative, organizational and relationship management skills required
    • Flexible, adaptable, open to change. Ready to evolve as the needs of this program become clearer – can work with uncertainty
    • Should have a satisfactory know-how of various universities (engineering, business, computer science, social sciences etc.) and their programs
    • A great work ethic and a knack for continuous improvement


    Bachelor’s Degree in Education/ Business/ Public administration/ Computer Science
