Responsible for assisting all volunteer based programs efficiently with a key focus on timely execution of programs, student & volunteer outreach, content and logistics.

• Execute and Manage Volunteer Programmes with a community of 8000+ volunteers all across Pakistan, that includes the most successful initiative "Rahbar", Career Counseling for matriculating batches along with yearly Summer Camp Programme within TCF
• Timely execution of Career Counseling program
• Assist in developing Content for programmes when needed and assess programme strategically from time to time in order to ensure that portfolio remain robust
• Ensure year round recruitment of volunteers according to established quality standards
• Work to provide impeccable back office support in logistics as well as other areas
• Liaise with Rahbar Council, Operations Team & Regional Teams to have timely quality programme execution
• Conduct impact assessment annually to see programmes effectiveness and obtain volunteer/student/faculty feedback

• Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
• Effective communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Very good analytical ability and organizational skills

Bachelor’s in business, management or relevant field
