Description

  • Liaison with School Principal, regions and Head Office.
  • Implement the Marketing Plan of Summer Camp
  • Manage data of volunteers registering for the camp
  • Implement TCF Student engagement plan
  • Plan 2 Principal Meetings
  • Plan Orientation Sessions
  • Plan TOT session for Senior Volunteers/Supervisors
  • Coordinate with Transport Vendor
  • Attendance Upkeep - Volunteers and Students
  • Trouble Shooting (volunteer, school, transport or material)
  • Data Management - Donor related
  • Final Day Preparations
  • Remind regions about stipends and send a SC closure email
  • Disbursement of Stipend Amounts to Principals

Required Skills

  • Convivial, gregarious and sociable
  •  Strong planning and organizing ability
  • Verbal & written communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Ability to lead & motivate the volunteers
  •  Proficient in MS Office
  •  Relationship management (Volunteers & Donors)
  • International exposure will be an added advantage
