• Conduct comprehensive analysis of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to supply chain operations.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supply chain activities.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas of improvement.
• Propose and implement innovative strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, and quality control problems, etc.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to develop and enhance supply chain systems and technologies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and data analytics.
• Train and educate supply chain staff on new processes, tools, and systems related to data analysis and supply chain optimization.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain functional processes, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and inventory management.
• Strong command of data analytics tools, such as Excel, BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and technologies, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's / Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Data analytics is a plus.

Proven 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, specifically within supply chain operations.
