Description
The Business Analyst will support the Head of Projects and Planning by delivering high-quality analytical insights, performance tracking, project oversight, and internal engagement analysis. The role bridges data, strategy, and operations to drive informed decision-making and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Performance Management Support:
- Study performance dashboards tracking key KPIs and progress toward strategic goals.
Recognition And Culture Inititives:
- Support analysis and reporting on programs related to appreciation, recognition, and life events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and reach of culture and engagement initiatives.
Executive Reporting And Presentation:
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations summarizing key trends, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Planning to prepare briefing materials for the COO and leadership forums.
Project And Initiatives Analysis:
- Track, monitor, and analyze ongoing projects.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve project outcomes and resolve bottlenecks.
Communication Design And Forums:
- Organizing and administering forums with smart actions captured promptly.
Required Skills
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Demonstrated strength in delivering impactful presentations.
- Comfortable managing administrative responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations support roles.
