Data Analytics, Dashboards & Automation

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze datasets using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
• Build intuitive dashboards to enable clear and actionable decision-making.
• Automate repetitive data collection and reporting tasks using scripts or tools
• Stay on the lookout for opportunities to optimize processes using available technology.

Digital Platform Testing & QA

• Translate real user needs into clear user stories and experience flows.
• Think through and write strong test cases; conduct testing for new or evolving digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure platforms meet user needs and function reliably.
• Bring a systems lens to how platforms integrate into the broader workflow.

Tech Curiosity & Continuous Improvement

• Explore new tools, systems, and AI applications that could improve team efficiency or unlock new insights.
• Stay curious about tech trends and proactively recommend relevant tools or solutions.
• Help foster a culture of experimentation, problem-solving, and learning within the team.

• Strong Excel skills for cleaning and transforming data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools, or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Some exposure to coding/scripting (Python, SQL, Power Query, etc.) is a plus.
• Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience writing or executing test plans and test cases; a user-centered mindset for platform testing.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, automation, or software QA/testing.
