Description
Program Planning, Outreach & Operations
• Plan and execute outreach strategies to promote the Skills Development Program
among alumni.
• Lead end-to-end program operations, from planning and coordination to execution
and monitoring of program activities.
• Conduct awareness sessions, orientations, and engagement initiatives to drive alumni
participation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, training institutes, and external partners to
ensure smooth and timely program delivery.
Alumni Engagement, Counseling & Support
• Provide guidance and counseling to alumni to help them identify suitable Alternate
Pathways aligned with their interests, skills, and career goals.
• Maintain regular communication with participants, monitor engagement and
progress, and identify at-risk alumni for timely support and intervention.
• Ensure a positive participant experience by addressing queries and facilitating
continuous support throughout the program lifecycle.
Data Management, Dashboards & Impact Evaluation
• Develop and manage comprehensive alumni databases and tracking systems covering
enrollment, attendance, progress, completion, and employment outcomes.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations to
monitor program performance and impact.
• Analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness, generate insights, and support
evidence-based decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation of program processes, outcomes, and impact
summaries, including success stories and key learnings.
Stakeholder & Partnership Coordination
• Manage coordination and communication with internal teams, partner organizations,
and training institutes to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and incorporate feedback to
improve program quality, relevance, and impact.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of skills development, vocational training, digital/IT skills
programs, freelancing opportunities, certifications, and alternative pathways to
employment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt
communication style according to different audiences and situations.
• Strong program coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple activities
simultaneously, working collaboratively in teams, and performing effectively under
pressure.
• Proficiency in data management, analysis, reporting, documentation, and
presentation, including advanced expertise in MS Excel, Power BI (dashboard
development), and other data analysis/management tools; ability to maintain student
databases, track program outcomes, and generate actionable insights.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data, assess student needs,
and make informed decisions.
• Sound understanding of youth guidance, counseling approaches, and student support
mechanisms, with a student-centric and solution-oriented mindset, particularly
toward underserved populations.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Education, Social Sciences,
Business Administration, Data Management, Project Management)
Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in program
implementation, education, skills development, alumni engagement, or youth
development
