Required Skills
- Program Design & Development
- Asist in design pre- and post-admission counseling frameworks for TCF students.
- Develop content, tools, and resources for student guidance (career pathways, tertiary education, financial aid, personal development).
- Innovate and pilot new counseling models suited to diverse student needs.
- Training & Capacity Building
- Assist in training Admissions and Scholarships teams to deliver effective counseling interventions.
- Propose capacity-building workshops for internal staff to ensure consistent messaging and counseling practices.
- Help in developing standardized training materials and manuals for scalability.
- Awareness & Student Engagement
- Create awareness modules on higher education opportunities, entry requirements, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Partner with Admissions and Programmes team for execution of awareness sessions in schools and communities.
- Build alumni engagement channels for peer-to-peer mentoring and career guidance.
- Data & Insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze data on student counseling needs, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards/reports to track student pathways and measure impact.
- Use insights to refine counseling strategies and improve decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Education, HR and business).
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in career counseling, community development, or alumni affairs.
