Description

Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage donor-funded projects, specifically focusing on construction, land acquisition, and school builds.
    • Ensure alignment with donor expectations and organizational goals, managing resources and ensuring timely execution.

Reporting and Data Management:

    • Manage and oversee the reporting process for donor-funded projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
    • Maintain organized and accurate donor data within the system (Donor Perfect), ensuring data cleanliness.

Donor Proposals and Agreements:

    • Prepare and submit donor proposals, agreements, and related documentation to secure and manage funding.
    • Review progress reports and proposals for global donors to ensure compliance.

Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage communication and alignment between multiple stakeholders, including donors and Country Partners.
    • Coordinate and schedule donor visits, acting as the liaison between Country Partners and Head Office.

Fund Management:

    • Assist with preparing cash call requests and ensure timely recording of global funds raised by Country Partners on a quarterly basis.
    • Import wires into the system and maintain proper documentation.

Process Improvement and Team Support:

    • Support continuous improvement efforts within the team to enhance communication and operations between Donor Services and global stakeholders.
    • Respond to ad hoc queries related to donor inquiries in a timely manner.

Data and Account Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all donors and their accounts in the system, ensuring up-to-date information and proper tracking of donor relationships.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of donor management/engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command over Urdu and English (Verbal & Oral)
  • Strong planning and organizing ability
  • Maintain professionalism throughout
  • Proficient in MS Word specially excel
  • Good writing skills
  • Data Management
  • Power BI basic knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited university.

Experience

Preferably 3-4 years of experience
