Literacy and Life Skills department at TCF is leading the non-formal education program for out-of-school-children in Pakistan for children aged 8-16. The department is looking to hire Lead – Digitalization who would help in creating the transformational shift in teacher training through digitized content for improved teaching practices. The required candidate is expected to be tech-savvy with strong belief in professional development.

• Create high-quality illustrations for educational content, including books and videos, targeted at children and adolescents
• Design and develop engaging 2D animations and perform basic video editing to enhance video-based educational content
• Formatting and finalizing books for publishing
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with educational goals
• Designing illustrations for stories based on children and adolescents
• Provide support in relevant cross-functional projects
• Other activities related to the program

• Proven experience in designing illustrations for children and adolescents, preferably for educational content (books and videos)
• Proficiency in graphic design and animation tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects (or similar software)
• Strong drawing skills with a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing 2D animations
• Familiarity with rural contexts in Pakistan and the ability to create culturally relevant and sensitive designs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and concepts effectively
• Fluency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of Sindhi is an added advantage

Bachelors (Preferably in Communication and Design)

Fresh graduate or with one year of experience with relevant experience
