Description
- 
Manage treasury functions, including investments, working capital, and related reporting. 
- 
Liaise with external entities such as banks and investment houses. 
- 
Review and monitor legal compliance matters (including AML/CFT) and update relevant TCF teams accordingly. 
- 
Oversee the risk assessment function, conduct risk assessment exercises, and provide secretarial support to the Board’s Risk Management Committee. 
- 
Supervise Zakat compliance procedures and ensure timely renewal of the annual compliance certificate. 
- 
Coordinate with the Shariah Advisor on various ongoing and new projects related to Zakat and allied matters. 
- 
Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner. 
Required Skills
- 
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, with strong skills in building and maintaining banking relationships. 
- 
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ESG, risk management, and compliance functions. 
- 
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Internet research. 
- 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Education
The candidate should ideally be a CA-qualified professional or hold an MBA in Finance, with at least 10 years of experience in the finance function.
Experience
For CA at least 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience and for MBA at least 10 to 12 years in a large NPO or listed company and preferably possess an exposure to ERP environment.
