Description
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow fundraising and outreach with both community and premium donors (HNI and organizations). In addition, they will be tasked with onboarding, managing, and retaining volunteers/donors.
- Promote TCF culture and values within the team.
- Develop and align the fundraising and volunteer strategy for the North West region with Head Office.
- Cultivate, retain, and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and organizational donors.
- Recruit, engage, retain, and grow the volunteer base (e.g., Rahbar, Summer Camp Baghbaan).
- Design and drive an outreach effort to significantly enhance TCF’s fundraising from new and existing HNI and corporate donors.
- Develop and execute Donor Engagement Plans for all community outreach and premium donors.
- Strategically engage TCF board members, senior management, and volunteers to solicit new donors and engage current ones.
- Recruit and maintain relationships with BAP+ volunteers.
- Prepare and track weekly, monthly, and annual fundraising targets, ensuring they are met by both the individual and their team.
Required Skills
- Ability to engage and manage a large number of senior stakeholders, including business owners, directors, and C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with diverse profiles, requirements, and personal styles.
- Robust time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts.
- Good public speaking skills.
Education
16 years of education (e.g., Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related fields)
Experience
12 + years of total work experience; 5+ years of relevant work experience
