Description
The incumbent will be responsible to grow and drive fundraising and outreach efforts in new/emerging markets in coordination with Global Development team from Pakistan in the initial years for Middle East. Based on performance, insights gained about TCF and the relevant markets the incumbent may be required to travel to those markets to raise funds.
- Demonstrate and promote TCF culture and values with key stakeholders
- Manage HNI & organizational donors
- Recruit, engage, retain and grow volunteer base in new/emerging markets to create awareness about TCF and raise funds
- Develop and execute Volunteer/Donor Engagement Plans for new/emerging markets
- Focus on the growth and development of his/her team & volunteers
- Develop champions & leaders in the volunteer community
- Recruit and maintain one on one relationship with affluent volunteer connectors
- Work in close coordination with the Global Development, Donor Journey & Services and Brands & Communications teams
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors in close coordination with volunteers in their respective region
- Responsible for preparing and tracking MIS, monthly/annual fundraising targets
Required Skills
- Manage the volunteer team through a hybrid model (physical and virtual interactions)
- Ability to engage and manage large number of senior stakeholders e.g., entrepreneurs, HNIs, C-Suite Executives etc.
- Excellent writing, public speaking and interpersonal skills (Urdu & English) to deal with diaspora and potential multiethnic donors.
- Robust time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of making strategy and ability to execute
Education
16 years of education (Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related fields)
Experience
12+ years of total work experience; 5+ years of relevant work experience
