    Description

    Illustrate, design and develop instructional materials such as videos, presentations & participant guides for e-learning. Develop videos with graphics and animations using a variety of software & tools. Work with subject- matter experts to set learning goals and visualize graphics, illustrations best suited to the training content. Devise innovative and interesting ways to present content in a manner that is interesting and engaging for the trainees.

    • Illustrate, design and develop instructional materials such as training videos, presentation materials, participant guides, handouts, and other materials for e-learning
    • Develop videos with graphics and animations using a variety of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Powtoon, Filmora, ShowMe, Explain Everything, Articulate360 and other Screencasting Software
    • Work with subject-matter experts to understand learning goals and create instructional content that matches them
    • Visualize instructional graphics, illustrations best suited to the content provided
    • Create material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.) to enhance learner engagement with content
    • Come up with innovative and interesting ways to present content in a manner that trainees find interesting and engaging
    • Use visual tools to organize information such that users are able to easily navigate the resources and retain core concepts and takeaways;
    • Ensure that the layout and design choices in the materials are consistent with TCF’s brand and values;
    • Maintain a strong connect with the intended users – Principals. Teachers and Area Managers – to understand what kind of content they find engaging and interesting. This would entail meetings with Principals, Teachers & Area Managers and testing sample videos & other materials with them;
    • Collaborate and communicate with other developers, instructional designers, graphic artists, and print vendors;
    • Collaborate with multiple departments on a range of projects related to the development of curriculum, student learning outcomes, testing and similar activities as needed
    • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the materials

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrated ability in developing videos for communication, training & e-learning purposes; candidate will be required to share work samples
    • Demonstrated ability in developing videos with graphics and animations using a variety of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Powtoon, Filmora, ShowMe, Explain Everything, Articulate360 and Screencasting Software
    • Demonstrated ability using authoring, multimedia, and graphics tools
    • Creativity in illustration and design
    • Passion to stay current on industry trends and related technology
    • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
    • An understanding of the basic fundamentals of design for print (preferred)
    • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
    • Lesson and curriculum planning skills

    Education

    Bachelors’ Degree in related field

    Experience

    1-2 years (preferably in creating educational content)
