Description
- To liaison with Donor relation managers for Budget/cost estimation and finalization of requisition form.
- Take the donor/guest/contractor to TCF School buildings when required.
- Presentation of TCF School Projects to Construction platform.
- Prepare design presentations where required.
- Designing, preparation & coordination of all drawings, salient features and cost estimation of special projects.
- Site survey at the time of acquisition of land or later.
- Brief local contractors about TCF construction system, rates and specification. Also to distribute TCF school images, drawings and salient features.
- Coordinate Soil testing where required.
- Provide progress report for MOAL etc.
- Site visit with Construction Managers at the time of layout to finalize layout and plinth level, finishes to check the detailing, after substantial completion of projects for the preparation of punch list etc.
- To some extent highlight contractor, negotiate cost & contract with respect to budget constraints and local rates and prepare Contract document/Letter of award.
- Arrange construction committee meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
- Documentation of all projects including contractor’s bill.
- To manage & arrange Signages and Plaques fixing in TCF School Projects.
- Approve & Research on building materials for TCF School projects considering budget constraints.
