Description
Dastak Teacher Training department at TCF is leading the online teacher training program for low cost private school teachers who lacks the basic training. The department is looking to hire Lead Content & Training to lead and create training materials including manuals, presentations, lesson plans, design assessments and monitoring and evaluation of online training sessions. The candidate must have an exceptional Urdu writing and editing skills and must have teaching and training experience.
- Conduct research and training need analysis
- Lead research and creation of audience specific content and training materials
- Lead and create assessments for training modules
- Develop work plan for content team
- Conduct trainer and trainee recruitment
- Lead and create orientation plan for trainers and trainees
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews by trainers and trainees
- Prepare training report after every training cycle
- Coordinate with marketing and operations team for smooth delivery of training program
- Build relationship with trainers and trainees
- Build relationships with teachers and industry professionals
Required Skills
- Experience as teaching multiple grade levels
- Experience as conducting trainings (physical or online)
- Thorough understanding of content development
- Excellent Urdu writing and editing skills
- Excellent Urdu verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of In-page (medium to advance), Ms. Office, ZOOM and related software
- Ability to manage team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Education
Bachelors/Masters (Preferably in Education, Social Sciences)
Experience
1-3 years of teaching experience at least
2-5 years of training experience at least
