Description

Alumni Pathways aims to facilitate options, access, and resources for TCF alumni across Pakistan so that they develop into people with Competence, Character, and Economic Opportunity. After a decade of programs and thousands of alumni impacted, TCF is undertaking a redesign of Alumni Pathways to build till 2030. Lead – Program & Process Design is a strategic role. The incumbent will lead a cross-functional team and myriad stakeholders through a project with a challenging scope, schedule, cost, and quality to deliver an integrated design of Alumni Pathways programs, processes, and interventions along the themes of Consolidation, Improvement, and Reimagining. 

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and closure of the Alumni Pathways redesign project 
  • Lead and manage a cross functional team including members working remotely to deliver on planned outcomes 
  • Lead the effort with myriad stakeholders including operational heads, program team members, alumni, cross functional TCF colleagues, and external partners to create integrated designs 
  • Spearhead processes for research, development, piloting (where needed), reviews, and closure on design artifacts and key deliverables 
  • Lead and manage the program and process design effort around the themes of Consolidate, Improve, and Reimagine 
  • Manage project risks with proper documentation alongside preventive and proactive measures to deliver on time and with quality 
  • Align stakeholder inputs, meetings, reviews, decisions, and project governance 

Required Skills

  • Experience with program and curriculum design 
  • Proven track record of program management and delivery 
  • Understanding of SOPs in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain etc.  
  • Strong project management skills – a practice of PMBOK processes would be a plus 
  • Effective stakeholder and relationship management 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – across channels and types of stakeholders 
  • Team Leadership – can deliver with remote teams 
  • Creative and inventive – can generate new ideas and take initiatives 
  • An adaptive and growth mindset  
  • A passion for design, documentation, writing, and research 

Education

Bachelors OR Masters from a reputable institute, preferably with a qualification in Project Management

Experience

5 - 7 years of experience in a leadership and stakeholder relationship role, preferably in the field of education and/or the development sector.
