Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the short-term and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions and ensure the timely recruitment of top talent.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Leverage various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events, to increase our visibility and engagement within the talent community.
- Build relationship with the Placement Department of specific universities in coordination with the regional team to improve the outreach in difficult regionsareas.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems, procedures and policies for the Recruitment process.
- Coordinate with Regional Teams to ensure regional positions are timely filled.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate salaries and prepare hiring approvals of the potential candidates to be hired after internal equity analysis.Assist the line manager in different projects as and when required.

Education
Bachelors/Masters in relevant discipline.
Experience
4-5 years of relevant experience.
