The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining connectivity with TCF alumni via social media and outreach and create, roll out and implement programs for alumni career progression.

  • Effectively manage an alumni database and maintain data accuracy
  • Through outreach gather alumni data and carry out data analysis
  • Carry out alumni outreach for employment and academic opportunities
  • Carry out partner/donor outreach to create jobs for alumni
  • Effectively utilize the employment portal for alumni to land into jobs
  • Manage design and rollout of entrepreneurship program for alumni
  • Effectively manage social media communication with the alumni pool
  • Manage a database of alumni success stories for internal TCF use

Required Skills

  • Strong ability to conceptualize, create and roll out program design
  • Process driven
  • Proficient with the use of technology to carry out surveys, feedbacks, video making, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong team work
  • Very strong out-of-box thinking and improvisation skills


MBA Marketing with ideally a bachelor’s degree in CS
