Description
The Manager Compliance will ensure regulatory and compliance requirements for TCF’s international country partners and foreign legal entities. The role is operational and compliance-focused, involving coordination, documentation, reporting, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external advisors. It is suited to professionals with hands-on experience in compliance, governance, and regulatory environments.
The individual will be expected to liaise with the TCF Board/management to understand what they require in respect of the foreign legal entities and provide feedback to management.
This position will be coordinating with:
- Country partners
- Law firms abroad and in Pakistan
- Regulatory authorities abroad
TCF Pakistan management

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, risk, audit, or corporate services.
• Exposure to coordination with regulators, consultants, or law firms is preferred.
