Description

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting TCF in its daily operations by supervising the reporting and progress of under-construction schools. Main responsibilities will include selection of locations to expand TCF’s reach, development and improvement of proposals and agreements, sharing frequent Construction Progress Reports (CPRs) to keep the build donors up-to-date with their projects. Candidate will mainly be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders, such as the Engineering and Operations teams to oversee the construction progress of upcoming schools.

Donor Care:

 Providing swift support to all frontline teams and Global
Chapters in terms of donor communications.
 Effective and timely communication by ensuring that all
proposals, MOU and CPRs are communicated with the
donors on a timely basis.
 Ensure quality compliance for all reporting methods
 Manage and action donor complaints/feedback to ensure
donor satisfaction.
 Provide regular updates to all stakeholders regarding their
projects.
 Initiate Land Survey after liaison with potential Land Donor
 Ensuring timely sign-off processes from Senior Management
to avoid delays in initiation of Projects

Monitoring and Reporting (Projects):

 Monitoring the overall activity of all land and
build/infrastructural projects.
 Maintaining and analyzing donor’s data and developing
reports based on the insights
 Responsible for the database of all projects in the system.
 Tracking schedules and progress of projects
 Conduct Annual Regional Development Plan (RDP)
 Review of Construction Progress Reports
 Maintaining the Build MIS

Administration:

 Project management of schools being constructed and
supported by donor portfolio
 Ensure all operational and administrative processes are
streamlined where possible.
 Develop and implement policies, procedures and business
processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication:

 Organize monthly cross-functional meetings to bring
alignment among internal stakeholders on key issues,
including a decision to initiate school build at a particular
location
 Monthly Dashboard update and circulation
 Manage expectation of all external and internal stakeholders
through effective communication

Required Skills

  Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (in English).
 Excellent attention to detail
 Customer/Donor Management
 Proficient in MS Office & CRM database
 Knowledge of Project Management
 Command over Power BI is an asset
 Basic mathematical and financial skills.
 Performance driven under work pressure.

Education

Bachelors/Masters (minimum 16 years) in Management and Social Sciences.
