Description
The Global Support Manager will provide comprehensive administrative and office management support service to the Senior Program Manager and GM Donor Journey Services . The post holder will establish and maintain effective communication with all teams and other functions of TCF. In addition to provide support to global fundraising activities and country partners.
- Maintain contact and relationship(s) with Country Partners and frontlines.
- Request for funds raised by Country Partners on a quarterly-basis.
- Ensure timely recording of global funds.
- Assist in improving the standards of the Team to ensure smooth and effective communication between DS and Global.
- Review product Progress Reports and Proposals for donors.
- Respond to ad-hoc queries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders when needed to respond to donor-related queries.
- Maintain a record of donors and their accounts on the donor management system.
- Ensure data cleanliness on system
- Schedule donor visits with potential and/or existing donors
- Liaise between Country Partners and HO regarding donor visits
- This position requires working on flexible work hours.
- Ensure that task assigned are being closed with the desired TATs.
Required Skills
- Experience planning, prioritizing and working to tight timescales
- Experience in multi-tasking and working on various projects at one time
- Experience of diary and correspondence management.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc).
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
Education
Bachelors/Masters (minimum 16 years) in Management and Social Sciences.
Experience
Applicants with 3-4 years of experience preferred.
