Role Summary
The Global Support Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and operational support for Country Partners in alignment with their annual plans. The post holder will assist Country Partners in executing their organizational priorities and deliverables, with a strong focus on fundraising outputs in collaboration with key stakeholders across TCF Pakistan. They will also be responsible for identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic support to the Head of Global Development. (This position requires flexible working hours.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational delivery for Country Partners as per their needs.

  • Develop and support Country Partners in strengthening their organizational procedures and operational plans.

  • Oversee the management and implementation of projects.

  • Work with the Head of Global Development to build and maintain constructive relationships with Country Partners and their key stakeholders.

  • Set and monitor performance targets for Country Partners.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies across all Country Partners.

  • Provide high-quality management to the team, motivating and inspiring them through clear communication.

  • Promote team collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional best practices.

  • Lead the team to proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives.

  • Work closely with all stakeholders within TCF Pakistan to achieve the strategic objectives of Country Partners and key volunteers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields from an accredited university.

Experience

At least 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
