Description

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving Operational Excellence at TCF by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  •  Work closely with stakeholders and process owners to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Analyzing the existing processes and identifying the Gaps
  • Designing TO-BE processes
  • Testing of the processes
  • Conducting training sessions for the end users
  • Facilitating workshops with SME's (Subject Matter Experts)
  • Documentation of processes and work flows
  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Identifying issues and risks
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and especially with the tech teams to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the organization.
  • Proactive management of key stakeholders for feedback and communication.
  • Build, manage, develop and motivate a high performing team.
  • Critical evaluation of existing processes in order to understand the gaps.
  • Work closely with the product development team for design and development
  • Monitoring the efficacy of existing workflows

Policy & Process Optimization:

  • Highlight the areas for improvement and implementing solutions with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Process analysis to achieve excellence in operations throughout the year.
  • Provide consultation on process proposed & further recommend the process to HOD for improvement.

Project Management:

  • Organize and prioritize work, monitor progress, address issues and evaluate quality.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators.
  • Proactive monitoring and update on Key Milestones and Deliverables
  •  Get feedback through satisfaction surveys, report performance results to senior management, and formulate an improvement action plan.

Education

Bachelors/Masters
Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking certification would be a plus

Experience

6+ years of experience in implementing and management of process optimization, gap analysis, design & product management.
