Description
Maintain regular engagement with regulatory bodies to build strong working relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure timely response to queries and requests. Facilitate coordination between government departments and internal stakeholders on contractual requirements, policies, examinations, academic calendars, payment frameworks, and other program related matters.
· Project Expansion and Proposal Development:
Support the development of proposals for expansion of existing partnerships. Analyze internal and external data to identify potential schools, coordinate with Area and Regional teams for school assessments, compile required documentation, prepare and submit proposals.
· Data Management:
Coordinate with the regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry on government portals. Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of data related issues.
· External and Internal Compliance:
Support the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements. Communicate changes in regulatory requirements to relevant teams and monitor compliance through regular review of data, documentation and field level implementation. Identify compliance gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of issues.
· Progress Reporting:
Coordinate the preparation and submission of periodic reports in accordance with contractual & other government requirements. Work with relevant departments to compile and validate information required by the government departments, including staff and student attendance, assessments, infrastructure, R&M and other program deliverables. Monitor annual plans and flag deviations from agreed timelines.
· Subsidy Monitoring and Management:
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the per-child subsidy received from regulatory bodies. Analyze monthly subsidy trends, identify factors affecting the subsidy, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
· Field Visits:
Conduct regular school visits to understand implementation challenges, monitor compliance and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
· Team Training:
Develop orientation and training programs for the area and school teams to guide them on compliance requirements and conduct refreshers and reorientations if there are changes in the requirements.
Required Skills

Education
Minimum bachelor's degree in management, law, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience managing large scale donor-funded projects preferably compliance experience
