Description
The incumbent will be responsible for verification of the employees’ data, appointment, salary revisions and promotions. They will also be responsible for follow ups and communication with relevant stakeholders during the process of verification.
- To support and facilitate line manager.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data transactions, updates, and data entry into HR systems.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring that information is current and compliant with policies.
- Assist the payroll team in collecting and preparing necessary data for timely payroll processing.
- Collaborate to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure the secure storage and easy retrieval of digitized records.
- Communicate effectively with principals and Region HR to gather and exchange relevant information.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Ensure that employees queries related to their data are resolved promptly through our RAABTA customer service portal.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Understanding about the general policies and procedures of HR
Education
BBA or Bachelor’s in a relevant field.
Experience
Fresh Graduate to 6 months of experience
