Description
Design new modules of the App that will include:
- Data Analysis of TCF schools.
- Gathering insights and presenting data it in a meaningful way.
- Process understanding and flow mapping.
- Preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Update all related policies and school documentation in line with the App.
- User Acceptance Testing of the School Management App.
Analysis:
- Data cleaning and management of the data collected through App.
- Analysis of operational data in order to improve future processes and policies.
- Identify performance indicators to work on projects related to process efficiencies.
- Plan and implement cost reduction strategies for fleet-related projects.
Training of new App modules:
- Design and prepare training modules for the App.
- Conduct trainings to introduce the new App modules to relevant team members.
- Stakeholder management of the concerned departments to finalize the App development
Reporting:
- Prepare progress report of the App project to update internal and external stakeholders.
- Help with communication and centralization of processes within different functions of TCF.

Required Skills
- Critical thinking and Curiosity are essential to this role.
- Project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Analysis tool such as Power BI etc is a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick learner and independent worker who is self-motivated to work for an organization like TCF
- Should have a knack for process mapping and identifying and solving a problem in the process
Education
Bachelors/Masters
Experience
2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
