Description
Incumbent will be responsible to assist Lead Dastak TT to carry out tasks pertinent to data entry, information recording and management, fee collection and management, attending and making calls and managing online training sessions.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry, clean and organize registration data, and maintain reliable information processes. Update enrolment and payment records.
- Fee Collection: Receive and record payments, upload receipts, and update contact statuses.
- Software Usage: Handle detailed tasks using platforms like Zoom and LMS for smooth operations.
- Communication with trainee: Provide guidance, resolve queries through calls, and share updates via WhatsApp messages.
- Enrolment & Scheduling: Manage enrolment data, create WhatsApp groups, handle rescheduling requests, and share schedules and trainee IDs.
- Follow-Ups: Share weekly reports, track attendance, submissions, and dropouts, and follow up on queries and calls.
- Graduate Communication: Guide potential graduates, call for testimonials, and upload their responses.
- Team Coordination: Support team communication and ensure regular updates in group settings like orientations and graduations.
- Post-Training Tasks: Dispatch certificates and complete post-training communications with graduates.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively by accomplishing tasks on time and supporting additional assigned duties.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs and ZOOM
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Should be able to work independently and take initiative
