Description

  • Conduct different types of calls to donors to maintain better relationships as necessary.
  • Frequently update donor database i.e. donor details.
  • Liaising with other departments for effective communication.
  • Refer calls to appropriate departments as needed and provide donor prospect feedback to management.
  • Achieve fundraising goals and ensure that other objectives and metrics are met.
  • Ability to manage high influx of calls during specific periods.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills to handle critical situations.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp scripts, programs, and processes with ease.
  • Ability to learn and use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

Experience

1 year minimum.
