Description
Provide support in execution of operation activities of Aagahi, through coordination with different stakeholders, data collection data entry, recordkeeping and logistics.
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with Area and Region Teams for dispatching of materials from Area Office to Schools.
- Conduct telephonic follow ups with Area Teams and field staff on delays in data submission regarding stipends and materials.
- Disseminate program guidelines regarding stock & inventory on WhatsApp groups of field staff, as per a pre-defined schedule.
- Data Collection and Record Keeping.
- Coordinate and follow up with field teams to ensure timely operations data collection.
- Review received data to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Timely data entry in the provided databases.
- Maintain records of program documents in shared drives (soft copies) and folders at the Head Office (hard copies).
Operations:
- Assist in timely dispatching of teaching/learning material to Area Offices.
- Follow up with Area Teams and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of teaching/learning material.
- Assist is compilation of salary sheets.
- Look after material packing and dispatching process.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.).
- Strong observation skills/attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Ability to multi-task and work under stress.
