Description

The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end data management, coordination between programme and field teams, and day-to-day operational management of training centres. The role requires strong expertise in Excel and the ability to manage trainee, centre, and asset-related data while ensuring smooth programme implementation.

Data Management & Analysis

• Manage complete programme data lifecycle: data entry, validation, consolidation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain consolidated programme databases (training, production, trainees).
• Manage trainee data including admissions, attendance, dropouts, exams, pass-outs, alumni, and apprenticeships.
• Maintain asset and inventory records (machines, tools, equipment).
• Organize and manage programme data on OneDrive with proper folder structures.
• Prepare regular data reports for programme and management review.
• Support monitoring and reporting requirements through accurate and timely data updates.

Programme & Centre Operations

• Manage day-to-day trainee-related operations (admissions, attendance tracking, dropouts).
• Coordinate and resolve centre-level operational issues, including machine repair and maintenance.
• Track and manage acknowledgements, receiving records, and operational documentation.
• Support smooth implementation of training batches and production-related activities.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between Programme Team and Field Team (Teachers).
• Maintain regular communication with teachers regarding attendance, training challenges, and production tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and data-related issues.
• Support information flow for planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel mandatory).
• Strong data organization, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Power BI knowledge & Microsoft forms will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.

Experience

At least 1-2 year of experience in data handling, programme coordination, or operations.
