Description

The Citizens Foundation is looking to hire a Project Associate to support with design and operationalization of Teacher Professional Development Program. This includes, pilot testing and evaluation of LMS, training for LMS, development of learning paths, digital content creation and alignment of training (inc. coaching) with motivation and reward & recognition.

  • Support with design and operationalization of Teacher Professional Development lifecycle with training, coaching, motivation and reward and recognition components through working with different stakeholders
  • Support coordination with internal and external teams to develop learning paths and digital content for different school levels and teachers at different career stages
  • Support with the pilots of the Learning Management System (LMS) of Teacher Professional Development (TPD)
  • Support with coordination with various external vendors, including technology partner
  • Support coordination across different functions at TCF for design and implementation of TPD
  • Support with on-ground training of teachers and principals
  • Coordinate with schools at the ground level to troubleshoot issues related to the LMS and its uptake
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities and document findings
  • Other additional activities as needed

  • Interest in technology management and comfortable with tinkering
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Excel
  • Strong command over English, Urdu

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, in the areas of education, curriculum, computer sciences, humanities, psychology and/or social sciences

Experience

1-2 years of experience with project management, digital content design and monitoring and evaluation in education
