Description

The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies and plans to disseminate the revised core values and behaviors of the organization to all employees and key stakeholders. In addition, review and develop processes and metrics to ensure inculcation of the revised values and behaviors into the organization.

  • Conduct and synthesize research related to successful dissemination of the revised values and behaviors
  • Organize focus groups with key employee stakeholders to collect a story bank related to the revised values and behaviors
  • Map out and define the overall framework to be used for the dissemination of the revised values and behaviors
  • Execute the short term dissemination plan of the revised values and behaviors to all employees across the organization, working in close conjunction with the culture senior advisor
  • Act as the main liaison with all teams including marketing and operations departments to ensure successful execution of the short term dissemination plan of the revised values and behaviors
  • Develop a plan to measure the success of the short term dissemination of the revised values and behaviors which would include but not limited to a feedback loop mechanism
  • Organize focus groups with key employee stakeholders on an ongoing basis to seek feedback on the dissemination of the revised values and behaviors
  • Develop a long term roadmap and strategy for the dissemination of the revised values and behaviors to ensure inculcation into the organization, which would include but not limited to a review of existing applicable processes
  • Develop and manage the plan for execution of the long term dissemination of the revised values and behaviors
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by Line Manager

Masters from an accredited institution
