Description
The position is responsible for managing HR Operations–related functions for school faculty and non-faculty staff across the Lower Sindh Region, including Hyderabad, Badin, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Nawabshah, Digri, Mirpurkhas, and Islamkot.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations for school staff, including payroll, leaves, settlements, and HR documentation

Handle manual and digitized HR cases and resolve salary-related queries

Coordinate with Area Offices for timely collection, verification, and submission of employee data

Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with HR policies and SOPs

Process HR approvals, provident fund matters, and employee claims

Issue experience, service, and internship certificates

Liaise with Head Office HR for non-automated processes

Track, follow up, and close pending HR operational issues

Organize HR-related training activities as and when required

Support HR operational activities assigned by management
This is an entry-level position.

This position involves frequent travel to interior Sindh for official meetings and coordination

Education
BBA/MBA degree in HR preferably from an accredited institution.
