Description
- Liaison coordination with Area teams for annual & additional supplies/demand data/Initial supplies of school record
- Liaison & coordination with Area teams for inventory update
- Liaison & coordination with office supply vendors for monthly supplies & their payments
- Transportation and accommodation arrangements for guests with the help of Regional GA
- Responsible for maintenance of the HO building for a healthy, safe, and hygiene work environment
- Security of TCF Offices and supervision of NM staff
- Timely processing for payment of telephone, electricity, gas and maintenance bills etc
- Supervision in the cafeteria during lunchtime and regional level events etc
- Timely and cost-effective purchasing for Kitchen/cleaning items and other petty purchases
- Updating of stock register of the building assets
- Coordinate boarding/lodging arrangements for TCF guest/visitors
- Ensure timely delivery of incoming/outgoing mails
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using a computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Knowledge of supplies procedures & logistic Policies
- Courses in administration/housekeeping and security/firefighting

Experience
2/3 years’ experience in handling Logistic/school supplies & building administration functions in a reputable organization
