Description
The RM is responsible for effective management and utilization of human, material, financial resources; as well as efficient administration of all areas and schools under the region.
- Provide inspired leadership for the region
- Mentor and motivate regional and area teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Create culture of open communication and transparency across all levels
- Ensure delivery of quality education in schools through monitoring inputs – availability and standards of materials and staff – and by tracking students learning outcomes across
- Make important planning and strategy decisions: setting annual KPIs and performance expectation, and objective review of end results
- Implement and review operational policies and procedures: ensure regional and area teams are in compliance with SOPs
- Oversee implementation of technology solutions
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and auditing; manage financial planning and mitigation for the portfolio
- Build alliances and partnerships with government and other organizations for targeted network expansion
- Liaise with functional teams within the organization for efficient management of the portfolio
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are in compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization; evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts

Education
Bachelors or Masters
Experience
Retired Army Brigadier or equivalent rank from Air Force/Navy or civilian with minimum 15 years of experience in administrative, operational leadership and HR.
