Description
Risk Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and application of risk metrics and methodologies, and the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of operational risk exposures. They will support organizational compliance with risk policies through regular risk exposure monitoring and reporting. They will also be responsible for documenting and reporting risk-related indicators to senior management.
This incumbent will be responsible for:

Planning, designing, and implementing an overall risk management process for the TCF Development function.

Making a risk register by looking at all the activities and their associated risks and identifying each as either low risk or high risk.

Developing control activities to be put in place to mitigate risks.

Assessing business operations, identifying issues, and creating reports on his findings.

Developing and circulating a risk management dashboard to keep senior management apprised.

Leading quarterly risk update forums to show progress and identify potential bottlenecks in front of senior management.

Continually monitoring the business to find potential new threats and ensuring company compliance with laws and regulations.

Overseeing risk training and coaching for the fundraising development team.

Being the focal point of contact for all risk-related queries and internal audits.

Communicating new and changed policies/processes.

Creating, analyzing, and distributing process indicator reports.
Required Skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
Experience
5 years of experience in a similar role.
