- Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows client operating systems along with supporting software.
- Handle day-to-day system operations, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply the latest techniques to accelerate laptop and desktop deployments. · Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Install and configure both network and local printers.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
