Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Data & Systems to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology and data solutions that support TCF’s Alumni Pathways programs and operations. The role will drive system integration, analytics, dashboards, and digital communication platforms to enhance program delivery, alumni engagement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Systems & Digital Enablement
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of an integrated Alumni Pathways system supporting all programs and services.
• Drive process automation and continuous system improvement.
Data, Dashboards & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to standardize reporting and embed analytics into operational systems.
Alumni Communication & Engagement
• Lead digital communication platforms including WhatsApp Business Solutions, forms, portals, and chatbots to improve alumni outreach and engagement.
Call Center & Data Quality
• Monitor and oversee call center data collection activities, as well as inbound and outbound call and messaging operations, to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Project Management & Delivery
• Manage technology projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, testing, rollout, and post-implementation review.
• Deliver multiple initiatives on time and within scope.
Team Collaboration & Capacity Building
• Provide hands-on system support and train teams on digital tools and workflows.
• Work as a collaborative team player across departments to drive adoption and shared ownership of solutions.
Educational Technology Enablement
• Identify and implement tools that enhance counselling, learning support, and alumni outcomes.
Required Skills
Systems & Process Design
• Strong ability to conceptualize, document, design, and implement technology solutions including AI-enabled and data-driven systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM and workflow platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Formstack, SharePoint, Power Automate).
Data & Analytics
• Strong data analytics capability to generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of SQL and structured data systems.
Digital Communication & Engagement Tools
• Experience using or implementing WhatsApp Business Solutions, forms/portals, chatbots, and SMS platforms to support large-scale user engagement and data collection.
Training & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Ability to train and enable teams on new systems and digital tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional departments.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, systems implementation, technology management, or digital transformation roles. Experience in education, social sector, or large-scale operations is preferred.
