Description
Incumbent will primarily be responsible for prospect research and grant proposal writing in coordination with TCF program design and implementation teams, other support functions and TCF Country Partners across the world.
1. Preparing concept notes, proposals and Letters of intent for grantors in coordination with the rest of the team.2. Undertaking proactive research on institutional grantors, High Net-worth Individuals, corporate and family foundations.
3. Building relationships with TCF’s frontline teams at Head office and Country Partner offices to track and manage country wise pipelines for research and proposals and program teams to identify program funding needs.
4. Ensuring compliance of sign off processes at the time of approval of pitches, submission of proposals and signing of contracts.

· Experience of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Ability to work independently but can also be a team player.
Education
A university degree, preferably Masters’ degree, in disciplines of humanities or social sciences.
Experience
7-8 years of experience in the social development sector involving grant proposal writing and/or program / project design and management.
