Description
Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible to lead and oversee the overall recruitment function which includes but not limited to sourcing candidates through various channels, planning selection procedures and developing strong talent pipelines for the company’s hiring needs.
KRA: Recruitment Pool Management
- Develop current and designing new recruiting procedures/leads and processing/tracking job submissions.
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting ) and engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure
- Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection of our company
- Ensure tracking of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire etc.) by managing TA dashboard and closure of positions with TAT.
KRA: Pre-Selection Assessment
- Facilitating in the design of assessments
- Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
- Ensure the provision of accurate statistics and records is maintained {AC candidates} by the team
KRA: Compensation & Benefits

KRA: Initial Orientation & Onboarding
- Responsible to develop and lead successful orientation / onboarding policies
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, test etc.)
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Ability to motivate employees

Education
Bachelors in relevant field. Masters preferred
Experience
7-8 years in relevant field
