Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the processing of Operational activities, Administrative tasks, basic financial tasks and the preparation & submission of reports.
- Processing of PRs
- Coordinate with departments for various coordination related matters
- Submission of reports to relevant management and departments
- Monthly closing
- Must have the ability to work independently and resolving of issues.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Maintain and regularly update records of department Doc and Items (in Hard and Soft formats)
- Collect, compile and process all administrative demands or demands related data from Regions.
- Assist Operations Excellence Manager in delivery of supplied and all other administrative issues related to schools.
- Follow up with Finance for Timely disbursement of cash
- Arrangement of Meetings
- Logistic support for Partnership Schools Management Unit team
- Coordination of Travelling plan for Partnership Schools Management Unit teams
Required Skills
- Knowledge about budgets
- Basic understanding of Tax
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good Communication Skills
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s from a reputed institution preferable
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration and/or finance.
