Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier shipments, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
- Maintain a log of all courier items and track them until delivery is confirmed.
- Liaise with courier vendors and service providers to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to courier services.
- Prepare regular reports on courier usage, costs, and service quality.
- Ensure secure handling of confidential or sensitive packages.
- Ensure timely payments of all vendors
- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flight, train, and car bookings.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and ground transportation based on employee preferences and company travel policies.
- Maintain a database of preferred hotels, airlines, and travel vendors.
- Manage visa and travel documentation where necessary.
- Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with travel budgets and policies.
- Handle emergency travel changes or last-minute bookings.
- Maintain records and reports of all travel-related activities.
- Data entries of administrative records.
- Any other tasks provided by the line manager.

Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in handling courier services/billing process and Front Desk responsibilities in a reputable organization.
