Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing data, accounting, records, documentation, and processes relevant to funds assignment, disbursement, and tracking under the Tertiary Support Program which enables hundreds of TCF alumni to pursue university education every year. The role involves timely fee and admission payments, maintaining regular follow up of funds disbursement, updating student database and liaisoning with relevant students and departments within TCF.
- Responsible for processes and payments related to TCF Tertiary Support Program scholarships and funds across Pakistan
- Record, track, and monitor budget transactions and provide regular updates
- Reconcile monthly inflows and outflows
- Track disbursements and fee collections, maintain accounting and student records
- Maintain, monitor and update as well as automate the tertiary student database related to funds
- Maintain active channels of communication with stakeholders within and outside TCF
- Finance and Accounting SOPs and suggest for improvements where needed
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Excel is a must
- Good knowledge of/ experience with accounting, finance, and related SOPs
- Operationally astute – good with follow ups, deadlines and documentation
- Strong ability to solve problems
- Must be proficient in computers, technology and information management
- Ability to complete tasks while demonstrating attention to detail, ownership and integrity
Education
Bachelor’s degree - BBA, BPA, BS (ACF), B.Com
Experience
Minimum 1 Year. Fresh grads can apply.
