Description
The incumbent will support Talent Acquisition operations by assisting the team in managing and coordinating recruitment activities for TCF Head Office.
- Initiating outreach by leveraging multiple channels (official website, internal/external sources, and universities in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad) to circulate vacancies.
- Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating and guiding shortlisted candidates throughout the interview process.
- Organizing and supporting assessment centers for line managers, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Sharing necessary information with selected candidates, including required documentation.
- Coordinating recruitment activities across different regions.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment records, such as Candidate Profile Forms.
- Preparing PRs and collaborating with the Accounts team for related requirements.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
