Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Senior Program Associate, Training to lead the training, implementation, and management of the Teacher Pathways Design (TPD) program. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to operationalize the scale up of Teacher Pathways Design and support with training and capacity development. The role includes coordinating the creation of tailored learning paths and digital content, ensuring smooth integration with the LMS, and providing support for on-ground teacher and principal training.
Design and Operationalization of TPD
- Coordinate with different teams to design the operational framework for the scale up of Teacher Mastery Journey develop processes to be followed by different participants in the scale up phase
- Coordinate with schools at the ground level to troubleshoot issues related to the LMS and its uptake
- Provide technical support and guidance to teachers and principals, and area and regional level staff to improve LMS adoption and usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various functions within TCF to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of TPD strategies, both digital and on-ground.
Content Design and Curation
- Coordinate with subject-specific teams and consultants to populate videos and assessments against the learning path
- Partner with subject-specific teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Work with visual design time to support with production and finalization of videos.
Training & Capacity Building
- Design training for different participants in the LMS Scaleup, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.
- Support the delivery of in-person training sessions for teachers and principals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary
- Support in conducting ToT for teachers, principals, Area Education Managers and Regional Education Manager and ensure that training efficacy is ensured in a cascade model of training
- Develop guidelines for narrative styles for recorded videos and tutorials
- Lead and support development of pre-recorded videos and tutorials
Additional Program Support
Assist with any other tasks related to the TPD program, as needed, ensuring the efficient operation and scaling of the initiatives.
Required Skills

- Strong command over English, Urdu speaking, reading and
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

- Adept at developing and following structured processes to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Strong capacity to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in exploring, managing, and troubleshooting educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems and other digital tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, in the areas of education, curriculum, computer sciences, training, psychology and/or social sciences
Experience
3-4 years of experience with project management, digital content design, training design and classroom teaching
