Description

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Senior Program Associate to conduct program research, needs analysis for learning path, and evaluation and feedback as part of our Teacher Pathways Design for supporting and developing teachers. The ideal candidate will work closely with different stakeholders to design teacher mastery journey, identify knowledge, skill or performance gaps, and inform improvement in content and delivery.

Program Research

  • Supporting with conducting research and monitoring activities to improve current training activities
  • Supporting with designing monitoring framework and activities for the newly scaled up components of Teacher Pathways Design
  • Supporting with the collection and analysis of feedback to improve content and delivery.
  • Supporting with monitoring activities of the scaled-up components of the Teacher Pathways Design

Program Design and Implementation

  • Supporting with developing a work plan for different phases of LMS and introduction and implementation of other elements of TPD framework
  • Supporting with devising criteria for selecting regions, areas, schools and teachers for the LMS Scale up
  • Supporting with writing process flows for defining tech needs for scale up of the Teacher Pathways Design

Needs Analysis for learning path

  • Support with collaboration with stakeholders to assess learning needs and objectives of teachers and principals
  • Support with identifying knowledge, skill, or performance gaps to design tailored learning solutions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu with strong writing and editing abilities.
  • Interest in research and leveraging it to inform design processes
  • Experience in literature review, qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Strong critical thinking to adapt strategies to changing needs.
  • Highly organized with effective task and deadline management
  • Advanced MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of program research, primary and secondary research or monitoring and evaluation, preferably in an educational setting. Experience with classroom teaching would be a plus.
