Description
The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies and plans to launch and inculcate the revised core values and behaviours of the organization to all employees and key stakeholders. In addition, review and develop processes and metrics to ensure inculcation of the revised values and behaviours into the organization.
- Conduct and synthesize research related to the successful launch and inculcation of the revised values and behaviours
- Organize focus groups with key employee stakeholders to continuously collect a story bank related to the practice of the revised values and behaviours
- Execute the short-term launch plan of the revised values and behaviours to all employees across the organization, working in close conjunction with department heads
- Act as the main liaison with all teams including marketing and operations departments to ensure successful execution of the short-term launch plan of the revised values and behaviours
- Develop a plan to measure the success of the short-term launch of the revised values and behaviours which would include but not limited to a feedback loop mechanism
- Develop and execute a strong ongoing communication plan on the revised values and behaviours for employees
- Develop and execute a strong post launch plan on the revised values and behaviours for employees
- Organize focus groups with key employee stakeholders on an ongoing basis to seek feedback on the continuous practice of the revised values and behaviors
- Develop a long-term roadmap and strategy for the launch of the revised values and behaviours to ensure inculcation into the organization, which would include but not limited to a review of existing applicable processes [including hiring, onboarding, performance management and recognition]
- Research and design a long-term launch plan of the revised values and behaviours to all other stakeholders including students, volunteers, donors etc, working in close conjunction with key department heads and teams
- Execute the long-term launch plan of the revised values and behaviours to all other stakeholders including students, volunteers, donors etc, working in close conjunction with key department heads and teams
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by Line Manager

Masters from an accredited institution
