Description
The Senior Training Officer – Dastak will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the quality of training delivery for the Dastak program. This position requires strong coordination, data management, and quality assurance skills to ensure an effective and seamless training experience.
- Trainer Management: Oversee and maintain a dynamic pool of trainers, ensuring availability, performance tracking, and quality assessment.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive records of trainer performance, availability, and feedback to optimize resource allocation and training effectiveness.
- Mentor Onboarding: Assist the Lead – Training & Operations in onboarding and integrating new mentors into the Dastak program.
- Training Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for mentors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination before, during, and after training sessions.
- Technical Support: Manage detailed-level tasks related to training software, including Zoom, LMS, and other digital platforms, to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct class observations (both in-person and online), gather feedback, and implement quality improvement measures to maintain high training standards.
- On-Ground Mobilization: Support the team in mobilization efforts to achieve training outreach and participation targets.
